Question 1: Is GPRS Global Pinoy Remittance Services Inc. & UPS Unified Products and Services Inc. a legitimate company?
We are a legitimate company.
We started in 2006 as a loading company. Then in 2009, we started offering our GPRS Local Franchise Package.
Last November 2011 – we launched our UPS HOME BASE DEALER packages.
We are registered in Securities and Exchange Commission.
We are Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas certified remittance agent.
We also have the necessary local business permits to operate.
Question 2: Is GPRS Inc. & UPS Inc. a Scam?
We are very legitimate. We have the necessary business permits and license to operate. We have a company name to protect. We have been operating since 2009 for GPRS and 2011 for UPS.
We have big and small, local and international legitimate partners like MERALCO, ABS-CBN remit, local and international airline companies, local and international telephone companies, local and international remittance partners, and many more to mention. These companies will not make business or partner with us and will even sue us if we are a scam and a fraudulent company.
Kung scam po ang GPRS Inc. at UPS Inc. – Wala na po sanang nakipag partner sa amin. Marami pong mga local and international companies na kapartner namin at marami pang gustong makipag partner.
Kung scam po ang aming company, ang mga kumpanya na ipinagmamalaki naming ka partner namin ang siguradong sila mismo ang magde demanda laban sa amin.

Question 3: WHAT IS A DEALER PACKAGE?
The Dealer packages like the “Full System Global Dealer” and the “Tangible Dealer” package were designed for personal use and as a Home Based Business.
Our dealer packages are not a franchise.
The beauty of this system is that it is accessible anytime anywhere for as long as you have good internet connections. A cellphone number is needed to be registered into the system which will enable you to do certain transactions.
Question 4: WHAT IS THE ADVANTAGE OF BEING A UPS INC. DEALER?
A Dealer will have the privilege to access our four services – Unified Loading, Remittance, Ticketing and Bills Payment facility
As a Dealer, you can also offer single or group Travel and Hotel packages.
You can do transactions anytime anywhere for as long as you have good internet connections and sufficient ECash balance in your account.
The membership is one time but lifetime use of system and discounts on our tangible products.
Question 5: HOW DO I OPERATE MY UPS DEALER HOME BASE BUSINESS? Do i have to put up a place or an office to make transactions like ticketing or remittances?
You don’t have to put up any office to operate this business, unless you decide to franchise the business.
With your own computer and good internet connections, log in to your account anywhere anytime. This will be your Virtual Office right at the comfort of your home or anywhere to do your remittances, ticketing & booking, bills payment, and electronic Loading and many more.
We also have MOBILE APPLICATION – you can do transaction using your smart phones too.
Note: If you want to put up an office outside your home like a shop or like any traditional business like payment centers or like Bayad Center, or ticketing office, we invite you to upgrade and apply for our ECash Pay Center or UPS Hub Franchise. Please contact us for clarifications!
Remember: The use of company name & logo is allowed for ECash Pay Center and UPS Hub Franchisees only.
Question 6: AS A DEALER, HOW WILL I EARN (in Bills Payment, Remittance, Ticketing and Loading)?
A.) Bills Payment – your earnings will depend on how much you will charge your client.
B.) Remittance – same as bills payment, it would be under your discretion how much you will mark-up.
C.) Ticketing – your earnings for ticketing will depend on your mark-up.
D) Loading – you earn depending on the TELCOS, it varies from 8 to 12 percent. Subject to changes without notice. In our loading system, you need one load wallet only.

Question 7: HOW TO JOIN AND BECOME A UPS HOME BASE DEALER?
A) FIRST, you need to decide which UPS DEALER package you like.
List of UPS Inc. Home Based Dealer Packages:
A.1) Full System Global Dealer Package – 14,998 pesos
A.2) Tangible Global Dealer Package = 14, 998 pesos
A.3) Tangible Dealer Package = 7,998 pesos
Once you decided which dealer package, you need to buy it.
Yes, you need to buy any dealer package because in the package there is a sealed scratch card that contain your “ACTIVATION CODE & PIN” and this are needed in your registration.
Also, you will be given an “AR/OR Tracking Number” another requirement for your registration.
B) You can pay them in Cash by depositing in any of GPRS Inc. or UPS Inc. bank account.
To complete your registration, aside from the other CODES & PIN mentioned above you will need 2 REGCODE, a “sponsor REG CODE” and a “Placement REG CODE” for correct placement of your account.
This RegCode is not included in the package; this will come from your sponsor.
WITHOUT THE 2 REGCODE FROM YOUR SPONSOR, YOU WILL NEVER BE REGISTERED!
I highly suggest that you contact us before you register so as not to encounter registration problems since you are still new to the system.

QUESTION 9: DO I NEED TO POST BOND MONEY AS A DEALER?
For “dealers”, No Bond money neither is required nor pays for the license to use the system.

I WANT TO JOIN AS A DEALER BUT IT LOOKS LIKE THIS IS NETWORKING & I HATE NETWORKING. DO I NEED TO DO NETWORKING?
You do not need to do the networking side of the business. The MLM or Networking part of the dealer package is another way to earn as a dealer. This is only one part of the package to earn.
No maintenance or minimum purchase required.
No recruiting required if you hate networking.
No maintenance or minimum ecash fund balance required but you must have sufficient ecash fund to be able to make a transaction.

Question 12: WHAT IS A UPS LOCAL HUB FRANCHISE?
UPS Local Hub is and ALL IN ONE Franchise. This is a Traditional and Non-Traditional business.
Traditional because it has a shop or a place to sell and transact business using the online payment services. You can do Loading, accept Bills Payments, Book and Buy Airline Tickets, Offer Travel and Tours Packages and many more.
Non-Traditional because people can join under your group and become a Dealer. You also earn as your Dealers do their home business or do the MLM part of the Dealer Package.
The local hub franchise initial investment is only 599 hundred thousand pesos.
To put up a business like this, if you will apply one license for each services, you will be needing at least or more than 5 million pesos or even more, Plus the headaches for applying a license for each services.
UPS Local Hub Franchise offered by UPS Inc. is a true bargain offer.
QUESTION 13: WHAT ARE THE ADVANTAGES OF A FRANCHISE COMPARE TO A HOME BASE DEALER?

QUESTION 14: ARE DEALERS AND UPS HUB FRANCHISE OUTLETS COMPETING EACH OTHER?
Home Based Dealers are customers of GPRS, UPS Hub & eCash Pay Center outlets.
UPS Hub Outlets can also invite and have their own dealers.
QUESTION 15:WHO ARE THE PEOPLE WHO JOIN UPS?
People who joined UPS (GPRS) are Traditional Business Men, Networkers, OFWs, Filipino Migrants, Computer shop or Internet Cafe owners, Employees, Jobless individuals, Students, Home Owners Associations, Cooperatives, Hotel owners, Pawnshop Owners, Travel and Tours Agents, Ticketing Agents, Sari Sari Store Owners, Parents who send money to their relatives, to name a few.
QUESTION 16: If i join as “Dealer” only, can i put up my own traditional business like travel and tours?
Answer: Yes like what other dealer members did. You have that option but, that is at your own accord. Some Dealer members added this to their existing legitimate business.
If you want to put up a “Traditional Business”, we recommend that you get our Local Hub Franchise or our ECash Pay Center Package.

18. I went to Meralco and PLDT to verify if you are accredited by them to accept bills payments? Their reply to me was, no you are not accredited.
If you are not accredited, how come you accept or can process bills payments?
WE can process or accept bills payments like MERALCO, PLDT, AND OTHER BILLERS, because we were accredited by UCPB and Megalink.
The “Biller” partners of megalink and UCPB became our partners. That is why we can accept bills payments like megalink and UCPB.
We also have BILLERS directly accredited by us.
